Every project undergoes a thorough review by at least two Senior Estimators, both before and after the estimate is completed. By submitting estimates early, we give clients the opportunity to review, ensuring that every scope of work is thoroughly covered.
Collaborative Scrub Sessions
To ensure full transparency and address any concerns, we engage in a “scrub session” with the client—either through a face-to-face meeting or video conference. During this session, we walk through the estimate line by line, answering questions and making any necessary revisions. This collaborative approach guarantees that the final estimate fully reflects the project’s scope, budget, and design goals.
Comprehensive Client Support
Once the estimate is finalized and submitted, our support doesn’t stop there. CPE remains readily available to assist with any follow-up questions or adjustments required by the owner or design team.
