CPE Senior Estimators have over 55 years combined experience in construction estimating. Understanding a project’s budget is the first step after the project is conceived.  Communication with the design team and owner allows the cost estimator to understand the full scope and design goals of the project.  With this information, the CPE team is able to create an accurate cost estimate for discussion with the owner and design team.  This initial estimate facilitates discussions on cost, scope, and possible design variations to allow for cost savings or shifting of costs between building elements to meet the owner’s and design team’s needs.  CPE’s understanding of all elements of the construction and the construction market provide the team with critical information to make accurate and knowledgeable decision

The CPE team works with owners and design teams during the following phases: Feasibility, Master Planning, Programming, Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction/Change Orders, and Lifecycle Costing.

CPE Senior Estimators have over 45 years combined experience in construction scheduling.  As a Project Manager and Licensed Contractor, our founding partners successfully estimated, scheduled, and constructed over 1,000 projects.

Construction scheduling is a critical part of the construction process as it directs resources and timelines to individual tasks to assure the project is completed on time with available resources.  Scheduling provides a proper combination of equipment resources, materials, and labor resources to provide an accurate duration for the project.  The benefits of a correct construction schedule include maintaining established budgets, maximizing efficiency and productivity, while meeting project completion goals.
